The other day, I was picking up some honey for the cottage and farmhouse from Old Blue Raw Honey and remembering that I wanted to try fermenting garlic in honey.

We had a white Christmas here on the farm! It didn’t stick around long, but we managed to take some photos of the quiet beauty before it all melted away.
