Whole Lamb Share

We specialize in pasture-raised Katahdin and Katahdin/Dorper cross sheep.

Our lamb is humane, hormone-free, pasture-raised and fed minimal grain (for training purposes).

We sell whole lambs directly to our customers and process here on the farm using a mobile, humane custom-exempt butcher.

Price
A $100 deposit will hold your order for November and will be applied to final total.

Our lamb is $8.00 per pound, hanging weight. (Average hanging weight is 30-40 pounds.) Surcharge $1 per lb for Portland customers.

Processing Fee
$100- $125 processing fee paid directly to 4 Star Meat, an efficient and humane custom-exempt processor located in Eugene that comes out to the farm.

Pick-up and Delivery

Lamb will be available for you to pick up from 4 Star Meats or from us at Leaping Lamb Farm in Alsea, OR approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date and we will do one drop in Portland.

Space Needed
You will need space in your freezer for approximately 1-2 paper grocery bags worth of meat.
